Healthy Living can essentially be a healthy balance. A constant tension between self control and enjoyment from good habits. Our family has fluctuated both spectrums - from unhealthy eating habits with no exercise in our younger years, to a strict eating plan that made us miserable. We have found implementing good habits that will be embraced as lifestyle changes we enjoy are what brings the best results.
