My middle son was doing (supposedly) some yard work and he made a creation of his name in the sand using a rake, it was so cool, I asked him to do me one:
Prevention Magazine is a leader in health and fitness news and products. They recently came up with the top 10 list of workout DVDs. They have examined the many fitness DVDs out there and narrowed down a list of the best ones. There is a DVD for every fitness level. If you are looking to incorporate some exercise into your day in the convenience of your own home, take a look at this list. Here is an additional money saving tip: If you see a DVD that you are interested in, check out Amazon or Ebay before ordering. Many times they have pre-owned DVDs at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
Any litle diversion from yard work, right?? Always help when you include MOM :) Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat art work! That was cute! Oh yeah, broken collarbones make for some awesome war wounds at school and in playgroups! Once when Kristyn got out of the hospital after nose surgery she wouldn't cut her bracelet off for about 3 days. It was a hoot!
ReplyDeleteIt's those pieces of art you wish you could hand on the fridge forever. Thanks for sharing his creations with us!
ReplyDeleteAwwww!
ReplyDeleteAnd your lil man is handling his injury well. I pray for quick healing!
I think mud art looks like way more fun than yard work too! This is giving me hope that I might be able to find a way out of some outside sweaty work today too!
ReplyDeleteI hope your son feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteGlad you got a picture of the artwork.
ReplyDeleteI hope your son feels better although he doesn't look like he's suffering too much with that grin on his face!! :-)
Much love from NJ,

ReplyDeleteLove it. This is so neat. I'm thinking about doing fPhoto Friday this week so thought I'd check out some from last week.
ReplyDeleteI've done a book review on How Not To Look Old and will be giving away 5 copies. You might want to check it out.
