In my job as a church secretary, it is my responsibility to do a major portion of the church announcements and publishing. Through "this side of the computer", I understand how easily the wording of things can get a little tilted and how being one letter off, can significantly change things. From "the other side" when reading bulletin bloopers, I can also smile with sympathy and wonder "Did they proofread this??""

Irving Benson and Jessie Carter were married on October 24 in the church. So ends a friendship that began in their school days.

Eight new choir robes are currently needed due to the addition of several new members and to the deterioration of some older ones.

Scouts are saving aluminum cans, bottles and other items to be recycled. Proceeds will be used to cripple children.
