What is one to do when a budding desire for photography has to compete with a minimal amount of creativity? Really!! I am loving learning about photography and photo editing, but am just not wired to be a creative person. So...I pray! You can pray about anything and look what happened.
I was in the kitchen one afternoon this week and my youngest son looked out the door and called me to look at this bee. There was this bee buzzing around a new flower I had just bought, by the door. The AHH HAAA moment came and I grabbed my camera. Would you believe the bee stayed in this plant long enough for me to capture several shots, try out various settings on my camera all the while listening to my son share how bees draw pollen. It was truly a joyful moment!!
Good captured! I have a lot of creative ideas but lack of the tech know how. I don't have time or any urgency to learn at this point. But my daughter has both so I guess she will be the "eye" for our family until I retire. LOL! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots. I am learning to use my digital camera and having a good time and getting some good shots.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day.
One of the things I love most about photography is how the moments we normally would just walk by, are frozen in time for us to admire for longer than the moment. And on top of that, being able to zoom and crop and edit digital photo's brings the detail we never would have seen - right before our eyes to learn from.
ReplyDeleteLove the purple flowers!
Beautiful pictures!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood job!!
ReplyDeleteThese pictures look fantastic!
What a beautiful & joyous moment for sure! Thanks for stopping by today!
ReplyDeleteAMEN! Isn't God merciful and gracious... even on things that are so simple and mundane. I think that our all knowing Heavenly Father gives us those little moments to remind us that HE is the master of all things... and that sure brings me JOY!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!
