How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:
Recently the youth of our church took a day trip to the beach. Of course they wanted to have some fun in the sun, but first they took to walking the beach passing out free water and tracts to witness of God’s great love. They spoke with 81 people and passed out some Christian literature. We are so proud of them!
This verse lets us know that it is a beautiful thing when we speak of the Lord to others and share the Good News of His love, mercy and salvation. Whether we are “walking” on the beach, in the grocery store, on the ball field, at the library or on the job, may we be encouraged to have ‘beautiful feet’ and share the Good News!
Cute picture. Beautiful feet indeed. This passage of scripture has been on my mind this week. Hope you have a blessed WFW!

ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Thank you for sharing this testimony of the teens. We too often hear the bad but... Is God not working through the youth? Yes indeed, He is.

I am sure the young people had fun sharing water and infromation with others enjoy the sun and sand. I like the picture of the feet and the verse you put on there. Very nice. *smile* Hopefully they are growing in God each day and that time on the beach was one more reminder to them that no matter where they go they can share Christ. *smile* So many ways to share His love and truths.
