Summer here in the deep south can be brutal! The heat and oppressive humidity hardly make it inviting to be outside, even for an outdoor person such as myself. This week, although it is still hot, has had very low humidity and a nice breeze blowing. Our outdoor swing beckoned me and my book for some time to just…swing!
Since the outdoor swing brought my some moments of joy, editing my photos also brought me some joy! After some editing with sepia, here is our swing again:Before:

Oh that's nice! My uncle has a swing like that, I swear we could put a twin sized mattress on it and sleep.
