Recently I heard about something called "Spa Water". I drink a lot of water, but need to put lemons in it to perk up the taste. One morning this week, I put into about a quart size clear pitcher, 2 strawberries sliced, 3 lemon slices and 3 or 4 cucumber slices and filled the pitcher with water. Through the day, I would pour a glass of this spa water. This ensured that I met my daily need for pure water and the taste was delious! The fruits and cucumbers added some fantastic taste.
