I really love my blog! In the midst of life with all the busyness, rush, stress and things that clamor for attention, this is a little place where I can unwind, share and have a little place to call my own.
But my poor blog is woefully unattended! Most days, things occur in daily life that I think "I'll share that on the blog", but it just doesn't happen!
As we face a New Year, it's always good to get a new attitude, a new plan and a fresh start. But newness isn't always truth and can fade off quickly. Over at A Holy Experience there is A Grace Plan for the New Year. I found these Father Affirmations there and plan to put these in my heart each day. God's Word is truth and changes us from the inside out. These affirmations based on the Bible remind us of who we really are in Christ.
I am complete in Christ. Colossians 2:9-10
I have direct access to the throne of grace through Jesus Christ. Hebrews 4:14-16
I am free from condemnation. Romans 8:1-2
I am assured that God works for my good in all circumstances. Romans 8:28
I am free from any condemnation brought against me and I cannot be separated from the love of God. Romans 8:31-39
I am confident that God will complete the good work He started in me. Philippians 1:6
I have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
