Good, True & Beautiful

Although I don’t share their passion, each of my boys love to fish.  At a recent cook out, the kids were able to bring their fishing rods and do a little fishing in the pond. My youngest had a great time fishing and I had a great time watching and taking pictures of the simple joys of a little boy and his love of fishing.

    Beautiful job editing! I'm still trying to find the time to work with my Photoshop Elements, but with four little ones...

    This post has motivated me to get back at it. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Oh, and by the way, those boys look pretty sweet with their fishing poles. Fun memories are being made. Good job, mama!

    "Let's go fishing!" Woo.... I just love the sound of it. We missed the Huckle Finn Day in our town early May. We don't get to go fishing much but I have always relating fishing with the story of "fisher of men". Both take great patience and time.

Our family is in the midst of little league soccer season. My youngest son is playing and his enthusiasm is contagious. He is pretty good at the sport, but what makes it so great is that he loves it! Relationships and Redemption

In every friendship or relationship, there is a common hope that they will grow and flourish. There is something inside of us that longs for a 'happy every after' story. We dream about it and work to make that happen. But in reality, relationships are a challenge. The bridging of values, lifestyles, interests and sacrificing for another are simply hard things to do!
